As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be the point person for customer interactions and also responsible for baking Warm and Delicious cookies. This role involves serving customers, preparing products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake delicious cookies to perfection
- Prepare scoops of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)

- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
