Join the culinary team at Legend Senior Living to prepare nourishing meals from scratch and enhance the Gold Leaf Dining experience for residents. This role involves providing hands-on assistance with dietary needs and maintaining high standards of food quality and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with the dietary needs of residents and fulfill special meal requests
• Prepare meals from the menu plan and assist with meal service
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas
• Inspect work, storage, preparation, and service areas to meet all applicable food service standards and regulations
• Follow safe work procedures including injury prevention, food safety, and infection control
• Properly label and date all food in the refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial restaurant
• Ability to provide the highest level of culinary service and professional interaction
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, flexible, and self-motivated
