Caregiver/Resident Assistant

About This Role

This role involves assisting residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Communicate confidential and urgent needs to other staff and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Requirements

• Must have CNA or HHA license
