About This Role

This role involves assisting residents with their daily care needs, including personal care, grooming, and social interactions, to ensure their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities also include monitoring residents' physical and emotional states and documenting completed tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, and meals
• Monitor resident's physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentialy communicate urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift
