Contract Project Manager

About This Role

This role involves managing cross-functional project execution in pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on facilities, utilities, IT, and maintenance. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project execution across Facilities, Utilities, IT, and Maintenance
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets
• Identify project gaps, risks, and mitigation plans; provide regular status updates
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment
• Lead capital project execution in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage change control, cost tracking, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of project controls (schedule, cost, risk)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenfield or large capital projects
