This role is for an Associate in Capital Markets specializing in Commercial Mortgage Securitization. The attorney will work directly with issuer clients on CMBS transactions by drafting disclosure documents, structuring deals, and negotiating with underwriters and rating agencies.

- Build relationships with banks and real estate funds
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate lending or capital markets experience
