Attorney - Private Credit

About This Role

Represent household name private credit funds and BDCs on sophisticated lending transactions. Work across the entire capital stack in a fastest-growing segment of the lending market.

Responsibilities

• Represent major private credit clients including household name funds, BDCs, banks, financial institutions, and CLOs
• Work across the entire capital stack on lower-middle market to large-cap deals
• Handle direct lending and syndicated financings
• Manage first lien, second lien, and unitranche structures
• Navigate challenging credit issues and provide value to clients under pressure

Requirements

• 2-6 years of lending experience from a sophisticated law firm
• New York bar admission
• Strong academics
• Focus on lender-side work representing funds and financial institutions
