Construction Project Manager

About This Role

Lead and oversee industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with various stakeholders and implement safety standards for large-scale industrial builds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
• Lead weekly project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or costs
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility builds
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects
