Represent clients in construction defect litigation, including handling depositions, court appearances, and trials, while providing legal advice and counsel on construction law matters. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation cases, including handling depositions, court appearances, and trials
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on construction law matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in both English and Spanish

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• 3-7 years of experience in construction litigation
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
