Condition Based Maintenance Engineer

About This Role

Support the operation and maintenance of plant equipment and manage Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs to improve equipment reliability for a client in the cement industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor reliability systems including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
• Create and manage preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for repetitive equipment issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment availability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
• Generate regular reports on CBM program status
• Coordinate SAP operations for preventive maintenance optimization
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams
• Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant experience in mechanical or reliability engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and other relevant software
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment
