About This Role

This role involves broad scheduling expertise across Temple Faculty Physicians and Hospital Systems. The main goal is to ensure patients receive continuity appointments during check-out, preventing loss to follow-up, and managing scheduling for common referrals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule continuity appointments during the check-out process
• Ensure patients have needed appointments and are not lost to follow-up
• Focus scheduling on common referrals to the department supported
• Serve as in-house registration expert
• Build relationships with administration and outside scheduling/messaging vendors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year experience in a TUHS physician out-patient practice setting performing registration and scheduling tasks
• General Experience with the TFP scheduling system and EPIC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related program Preferred
• 1 year experience in an internal (TUHS) physician out-patient practice setting performing registration and scheduling tasks Required

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related program
