Manage all operational tasks for Waterfield Square Apartments, including building and training a team, marketing the property, and maintaining the budget.
Responsibilities
- Build and train a team of apartment community staff
- Market the property to attract and retain residents
- Oversee and maintain the property budget
- Handle all operational tasks to ensure property success
Requirements
- Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
- Supervisory/management experience
- Team building and effective management skills
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Qualifications
- Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community and supervisory/management experience
