About This Role

Manage all operational tasks for Waterfield Square Apartments, including building and training a team, marketing the property, and maintaining the budget.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of apartment community staff
• Market the property to attract and retain residents
• Oversee and maintain the property budget
• Handle all operational tasks to ensure property success

Requirements

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Team building and effective management skills
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Qualifications

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community and supervisory/management experience
