About This Role

The Communication Assistant will support the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand, strengthen community relationships, and elevate public awareness. This entry-level role involves crafting content, preparing presentations, and delivering messaging to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community partners, stakeholders, and audiences to advance communication objectives
  • Support the creation of client presentations and participate in public-facing communication efforts designed to support consumer sales
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events
  • Conduct research to remain current with industry trends, communication methods, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication materials and projects
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, outreach activities, and communication-related initiatives
  • Review and interpret feedback from communication campaigns to help identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to support the development of new communication strategies
  • Assist in maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and budgets when needed
  • Implement direction and feedback from supervisors to enhance communication effectiveness

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the office Monday–Friday
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
