About This Role

This role involves generating new business opportunities, making sales presentations, and managing client relationships in the commercial real estate sector. The advisor will be responsible for building a client base through various sales and networking activities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads via cold calling and canvassing
  • Network to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Make sales presentations to prospective tenants
  • Close sales
  • Manage overall client process and satisfaction for existing and new client relationships
  • Develop a client base through cold and warm selling techniques, referrals, and business development activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Ability to secure licenses in other two (2) jurisdictions within six (6) months of signed contract
