This role is for an entry-level Broker/Advisor in Cresa's Denver office, focusing on fostering new client relationships and developing expertise in commercial real estate advisory services for office properties.

Responsibilities

• Quickly grasp and understand company niche and market advantages
• Heavily prospect for new client relationships via phone and door-to-door contact
• Learn and sharpen presentation skills to win business
• Discern property attributes, their value, and consequences for clients
• Learn about and develop relationships with players in the local market
• Stay current with market trends, tenant/buyer movement, and deal points
• Consider continued education and involvement in commercial real estate organizations and designations

Requirements

• 2 years of work experience in sales
• Current Colorado Real Estate License, or in the process of obtaining one
• Bachelor's degree in business or communications
• Excellent communication skills
• Very strong work ethic and desire to work in a sales environment
• Entrepreneurial approach to business
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong math skills and problem-solving capability
• Desire to make real estate a career choice
