About This Role

Generate sales leads, make presentations, and close deals for commercial real estate properties. Manage client relationships and develop a long-term client base through networking and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads via cold calling and canvassing
• Identify potential new business opportunities through networking
• Make sales presentations to prospective tenants
• Close sales
• Manage overall client process and satisfaction for existing and new client relationships
• Develop a client base through cold and warm selling techniques, referrals, and business development

Requirements

• Highly motivated, driven to succeed
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• Commercial Real Estate License
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
