About This Role

This role is for an aspiring trial lawyer seeking hands-on experience in sophisticated commercial disputes within a highly regarded Dallas boutique law firm. The attorney will work on national-caliber cases with direct partner mentorship, focusing on trial excellence and achieving winning outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-stakes commercial litigation, including breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secrets, class actions, and financial services disputes
• Draft motions, manage discovery, and develop case strategy with direct partner mentorship
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials from day one
• Advise clients on complex commercial issues and drive toward winning outcomes
• Collaborate in a team environment on sophisticated, bet-the-company cases

Requirements

• 2–3 years out of law school
• Federal clerkship and/or experience at a top national firm
• Graduation from a top-20 law school
