Responsibilities

• Represent insurance carriers in high-stakes litigation across core practice areas
• Lead cases from beginning to end, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and taking depositions
• Actively prepare for and engage in trials
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients
• Jump into significant litigation roles immediately, including first- and second-chair trial positions
• Work closely with insurance carrier clients at every litigation stage—strategy development, communication, and resolution

Requirements

• At least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong litigation and case handling skills
• Interest in courtroom advocacy and client engagement

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience

Nice to Have

• Background in premises liability, transportation, construction defect, or product liability
