Responsibilities
- Handle insurance and commercial litigation cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials
- Provide legal counsel on policy coverage, risk assessment, and dispute resolution
- Partner with senior attorneys and firm leadership to develop litigation strategies
- Participate in mentorship opportunities
- Gain multi-jurisdictional experience
