Collective Trainer - Intel

About This Role

The Intel Collective Trainer at CSA supports live and constructive Mission Command training for the defense and federal sector. This role involves maintaining currency with TRADOC doctrine, collaborating with Training Unit Commanders on training scenarios, and ensuring realistic training events for various military branches.

Responsibilities

• Support live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensure TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Maintain DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches.
• Work with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit's needs and to provide a realistic training event.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background
• A Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar) or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system
• 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function, or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position.

• CTC experience
• Previous Battalion or higher commander or similar
