Lead the launch of a new AI-native exception resolution system for mid-market logistics teams as Founding CEO, targeting a painful and underserved operational problem in the $30B+ global supply chain software market.
Responsibilities
- Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion strategies
- Build the product by collaborating with FutureSight's product/engineering pod to launch V1
- Raise capital by leading the seed round, leveraging initial investment
- Build your team and set the cultural foundation of the new venture
Requirements
- Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO
- Startup scrappiness, familiar with owning something from start to finish
- Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company
- Risk appetite and capacity for entrepreneurial ventures
- GTM chops: proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency: able to craft investor narratives and close capital, well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
- People leadership: magnet for top talent, coach, and culture carrier
- Industry experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with hands-on exposure to document-heavy workflows, exception handling, or operational compliance
