Lead the launch of a new AI Voice receptionist and admin agent for dental clinics as a Founding CEO. Shape the vision, build the team, and lead the transformation in a billion-dollar market.
Responsibilities
- Win customers, run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion strategies
- Work with FutureSight's product and engineering team to launch the initial product (V1)
- Lead the seed funding round with initial investment
- Hire the founding team and establish the company culture
Requirements
- Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO
- Startup scrappiness, comfortable with owning projects from start to finish
- Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company
- Strong risk appetite and capacity
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops)
- Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital (Fundraising fluency), well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
- Strong people leadership skills (magnet for top talent, coach, and culture carrier)
- Background and understanding of the dental industry, including distribution models
