About This Role

Lead a new AI Voice receptionist and admin agent venture for dental clinics as a founding CEO. This role involves shaping the vision, building the team, leading fundraising, and driving market transformation.

Responsibilities

• Win customers, run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion strategies
• Build the product by working with FutureSight's product and engineering team to launch V1
• Raise capital, leading the seed round with initial investment
• Build the founding team and set the cultural foundation for the new venture

Requirements

• Founder-level drive
• Startup scrappiness
• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture or at a venture-backed company
• Risk appetite and capacity
• GTM chops with proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
• People leadership (magnet for top talent, coach and culture carrier)
• Industry experience in dental practice and understanding of the dental industry

Qualifications

• Previous founding experience in a product or B2B SaaS company, or a venture-backed company.
