Co-Founder & CEO - AI for Credit and Finance

About This Role

Lead the launch of an AI-native loan covenant monitoring and compliance platform for mid-market borrowers. This role involves driving customer acquisition, overseeing product development with an engineering team, securing seed funding, and establishing the founding team and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion strategies
• Build the product in collaboration with FutureSight's product/engineering pod to launch V1
• Raise capital by leading the seed round, leveraging initial investment
• Build the founding team and establish the cultural foundation of the new venture
• Engage daily with FutureSight's team to launch the initial product and achieve market traction
• Prepare for and execute seed fundraise
• Take full P/L ownership of the new entity

Requirements

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO
• Startup scrappiness, comfortable with owning projects from start to finish
• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience in a venture-backed company
• Risk appetite and capacity as an entrepreneur
• Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops)
• Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities (Fundraising fluency)
• Ability to attract top talent, coach, and carry culture (People leadership)
• Experience in lending, credit, finance, or CFO B2B SaaS, with hands-on exposure to financial reporting, compliance workflows, or risk management (Industry experience)
