Co-Founder & CEO - AI for Credit and Finance

About This Role

Lead the launch of an AI-native loan covenant monitoring and compliance platform for mid-market borrowers. This role involves winning customers, building the product, raising capital, and assembling a founding team for a category-defining AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Win customers through pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion
• Work with FutureSight's product/engineering pod to launch V1 of the product
• Lead the seed round of capital fundraising following initial investment
• Hire the founding team and establish the cultural foundation for the new venture
• Engage daily with the FutureSight team to launch the initial product and achieve market traction
• Manage full Profit & Loss ownership of the new entity

Requirements

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO
• Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning projects from start to finish
• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company
• Risk appetite and capacity (as described in the Entrepreneurial Risk Profile)
• Proven GTM (Go-to-Market) chops in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency, including crafting investor narratives and closing capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
• Strong people leadership skills as a magnet for top talent, coach, and culture carrier
• Industry experience in lending, credit, finance, or CFO B2B SaaS, with hands-on exposure to financial reporting, compliance workflows, or risk management

Qualifications

• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
