This role is responsible for the successful development and clinical readiness of Electrophysiology (EP) Clinical Account Specialists, ensuring their effective training, support, and alignment with clinical and commercial goals within the Los Angeles, CA and Hawaii territories.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise new Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) hires throughout their early development, providing guidance for consistent progress and operational readiness
- Partner closely with the Regional Business Director to enable all aspects of CAS talent development, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Oversee the region’s training effectiveness and optimize clinical coverage
- Implement strategic hiring and development plans to improve regional CAS performance and build a robust talent pipeline
- Work in close alignment with the Regional Technology Specialist (RTS) and Territory Managers (TM) to harmonize commercial and clinical objectives
- Provide strategic oversight and continuity in CAS development, bridging the gap between training delivery and commercial integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in EP mapping procedures required with clinical and commercial talent
- 2+ years clinical training or clinical education experience
- Experience with CARTODAY scheduling and EP clinical training programs
