About This Role

Lead and oversee clinical operations for Northwest Kidney Centers' dialysis facilities in the South Puget Sound area and a new clinic in Portland, Oregon. This role involves administrative functions, quality care delivery, staff supervision and development, and budget management to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions of NKC dialysis facilities
  • Ensure delivery of quality dialysis care to patients
  • Supervise nurse managers
  • Educate new clinical staff
  • Develop cost-effective, innovative, high-quality services
  • Develop and monitor budgets within established guidelines
  • Administer units, including long and short-range planning
  • Perform personnel functions within the region
  • Work with Medical Directors of the units
  • Assist the CNO with various committees and other assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Washington
  • Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing, management and supervisory experience
  • Experience in dialysis services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing
  • Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing, management and supervisory experience following progressive clinical responsibilities with experience in dialysis services

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience opening a new dialysis facility
