The Clinical Director will oversee and direct patient care operations for a home care facility, focusing on regulatory compliance, quality of services, and staff management to support the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support company objectives
- Oversee patient eligibility for home care services and supervise their total home health care
- Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Enhance agency profitability and ensure motivation, retention, and quality of staff and services
- Ensure all CMS and state regulations are followed regarding supervision of nursing services
- Act as a liaison with management staff and other departments
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or PT/OT/SLP, must have current applicable license in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- 2 + years of experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work independently
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
