This role involves overseeing the operations and administration of an outpatient rehabilitative clinic, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing patient evaluation and treatment for Physical and Occupational Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of operations and administration for rehabilitative outpatient clinics
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and healthcare requirements
- Perform patient evaluation and treatment
- Meet census goals of clinic and individual clinicians (office KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws in collaboration with People Operations
- Manage facility maintenance
- Review and approve timecards, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations
- Interview and hire clinical staff, as well as administer training and onboarding
- Resolve performance problems at the clinic level and escalate to HR when appropriate
- Monitor staff compliance
- Follow up with patients on low net promoter scores
- Monitor monthly budget for visits, labor, and clinical supplies
- Monitor documentation audits and Medicare compliance
- Perform new patient evaluation audits weekly
- Manage and approve staff expenses in the clinic
- Manage physician referrals and clinical support staff
- Monitor adherence to discharge policy and lost patient log workflow
- Order monthly clinical supplies
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Professional License/Certification
- Valid CPR license
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical outpatient experience
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical supervision or program development experience
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ clinical outpatient experience and two years’ clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred
