This remote Client Support Representative role at CVS Health focuses on delivering exceptional service for Aetna Commercial Client Support by researching and resolving escalated pharmacy concerns and assisting members with their healthcare navigation. The position aims to ensure timely resolution of issues and outstanding concerns while maintaining exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve member escalations including Prior Authorization status, Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns, and general requests to assist members with their Pharmacy Healthcare experience
- Assist members with navigating their Healthcare with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service and timely resolution of issues
- Manage outstanding concerns to ensure accurate resolution and communication is completed on every concern assigned
- Manage a high volume of correspondence including phone calls, emails, and Salesforce cases from clients and internal partners
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately through professional, thorough, and clear communication
Requirements
- 1+ years of health insurance industry experience
- Ability to professionally manage a high volume of correspondence
- Excellent client liaison and complex problem-solver skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is desired or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of health insurance industry experience

- RxClaim (AS400) experience
- Salesforce experience
