Client Services Representative

About This Role

Provide industry-leading customer service as an experienced Call Center Representative in Pittston, PA, ensuring prompt service and one-call resolution for client policy inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry leading service standards by providing prompt service and one call resolution
• Multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, and following up on items as needed
• Focus on creating a great team culture centered around servicing the customer and fostering company growth
• Address client questions about policy changes or updates to accounts
• Grow existing client relationships
• Handle cancellation requests
• Assist clients with setting up autopay (eligible for commission pay)
• Timely entry of all inbound leads (eligible for commission pay)

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• 2+ years of Call Center experience
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
• 2+ years of call center experience required
