Client Manager

About This Role

As a Client Manager, you will deliver exceptional service to Gallagher's clients by actively managing accounts and building strong relationships. You will guide client service associates and apply business insight to create meaningful change for businesses and the people who power them.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage client accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Participate in branch initiatives and guide Client Service associates
• Apply business insight and dedication to service to deepen client relationships
• Develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within the branch, with clients, and vendor partners
• Lead increasingly complex self-funded accounts while collaborating with senior teammates
• Recognize clients' day-to-day needs and provide solutions while managing annual strategy
• Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance issues
• Communicate available Gallagher resources (e.g., Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, HR Consulting) that are not currently provided
• Champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Life & Health License

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School degree/GED
• 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a High School degree/GED

Nice to Have

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
• Solid financial acumen
