Lead a team in delivering high-quality client service, manage team development and performance, and resolve complex client issues. Implement solutions to improve service and support sales initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality service aligning with operational standards
- Manage and develop your team, helping them grow while ensuring productivity and performance goals are met
- Tackle complex client issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement lasting solutions
- Collaborate across teams to drive service improvements and support key sales initiatives
- Foster a culture of growth and excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 11+ years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Experience leading and developing teams, ideally in a matrix or shared services environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across teams
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma/GED
- 6+ years of client service or claims management experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
Nice to Have
- Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process and technology
- Prior experience designing and implementing
- Significant experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a matrix environment) with an operational service delivery or shared services environment
