Personal Lines Client Service Manager

About This Role

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate client data, and contributing to client satisfaction and retention goals for Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Answer client phone and email inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, issues, and concerns
• Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher and carrier systems
• Support Gallagher growth initiatives by contributing to client satisfaction and retention
• Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service as defined by AJG operational standards and practices
• Support the business priorities of the Personal Lines team within Gallagher Global Brokerage
• Operate effectively in a team environment to manage accounts with relatively simple servicing needs
• Build rapport quickly with clients to identify needs in a clear, confident, and friendly manner
• Leverage systems, services, and resources to execute work effectively and efficiently
• Comfortably engage others in a consultative business-oriented discussion
• Manage and balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Producer's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
• Appropriate licensing as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School degree/GED
• 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience with Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience with High School degree/GED
