Client Executive

About This Role

Serve as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading complex self-funded accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Maintain direct account responsibility, manage annual strategy, and share market expertise to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex self-funded accounts as the strategic relationship manager and client liaison
• Maintain direct account responsibility and recognize/provide solutions for client needs while managing annual strategy
• Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance related issues
• Cross-solve with clients to communicate available Gallagher resources not currently provided
• Champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process
• Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources
• Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in internal and external partnerships, aligning with account management for compliance
• Complete internal professional development programs to understand the insurance industry and GBS processes
• Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way

Requirements

• 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience (with Bachelor's)
• Life & Health license
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Proficiency in using technology as a tool
• Previous experience in managing client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to take action to influence events, achieve team goals, and retain clients
• Adaptability and composure in a multi-priority environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR High School degree/GED
• 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a High School degree/GED
