Serve as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading complex self-funded accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Maintain direct account responsibility, manage annual strategy, and share market expertise to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex self-funded accounts as the strategic relationship manager and client liaison
- Maintain direct account responsibility and recognize/provide solutions for client needs while managing annual strategy
- Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance related issues
- Cross-solve with clients to communicate available Gallagher resources not currently provided
- Champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables
- Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process
- Guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources
- Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in internal and external partnerships, aligning with account management for compliance
- Complete internal professional development programs to understand the insurance industry and GBS processes
- Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way
Requirements
- 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience (with Bachelor's)
- Life & Health license
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Proficiency in using technology as a tool
- Previous experience in managing client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to take action to influence events, achieve team goals, and retain clients
- Adaptability and composure in a multi-priority environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR High School degree/GED
- 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a High School degree/GED
