About This Role

Drive strategic growth by delivering high-value solutions and services, focusing on product gross profit and expanding services revenue within a defined client portfolio. Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, promoting products and services for AI-driven transformation journeys. The role requires a consultative selling approach and deep technical expertise to design and tailor cross-functional service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize accounts and opportunities, evaluating customer relationships and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and support long-term account strategies, creating objectives and identifying measurable goals.
  • Conduct time-constrained discovery and needs assessments, identifying unique client needs and opportunities.
  • Lead initial negotiations, developing options, establishing credibility, and setting the negotiation tone.
  • Create and share compelling stories with customers to engage and connect effectively.
  • Facilitate discussions to raise awareness of unidentified needs, demonstrating relevance to business.
  • Establish credibility with executives, focusing on results and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Increase awareness of CDW's value proposition and total portfolio across assigned accounts.
  • Consistently deliver specific Advanced Technology product GP and service revenue attainment.
  • Market and sell the entire portfolio of CDW core products and solutions with the inside Account manager sales force.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, STEM related fields or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing business strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and forecasting
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth understanding of key technologies, including Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, EMC, and HP, as well as competitive equivalents
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales expertise, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets
  • Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills

Qualifications
