Drive strategic growth for a defined portfolio of healthcare clients by delivering high-value solutions and services, focusing on product gross profit and expanding services revenue. This role involves consultative selling of AI-driven transformation journeys to executive stakeholders and managing large-scale programs.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize accounts and opportunities, evaluating customer relationships, competitive advantages, and potential.
- Develop long-term account strategies, creating objectives, measurable goals, and contingency plans.
- Conduct time-constrained discovery and needs assessments, identifying unique needs and opportunities.
- Engage in initial negotiations by developing options, establishing credibility, and setting the negotiation tone.
- Create compelling stories for customers, structuring narratives and adapting presentations.
- Raise awareness of unidentified needs by facilitating discussions and demonstrating relevance.
- Establish credibility with executives by focusing on results and positioning as a trusted partner.
- Increase awareness of CDW's value proposition and total portfolio across assigned accounts.
- Consistently deliver specific Advanced Technology product GP and service revenue attainment.
- Market and sell the entire portfolio of CDW core products and solutions with the inside Account manager sales force.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing business strategy and execution for the Healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and forecasting
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth understanding of key technologies, including but not limited to Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, EMC, and HP, as well as competitive equivalents
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven sales expertise, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, STEM related fields or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing business strategy and execution for the Healthcare industry
