QA Specialist

About This Role

This role involves providing quality assurance for enrollment services, primarily through updating Excel files, managing email campaigns, and grading customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Update Excel files on a daily basis
• Send emails through Constant Contact
• Listen to and grade calls
• Create email templates stored in Constant Contact
• Send text messages through Wire2Air

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Ability to work overtime as business need requires
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to client members/customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience

Nice to Have

• Prior customer service and/or employee benefits experience
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
