Join our Orlando and Jacksonville offices as a Land Development Engineer, responsible for mentoring staff and managing the design process for residential, commercial, and municipal projects, including site grading, stormwater, and utility design.
Responsibilities
- Mentor staff
- Prepare engineering design calculations
- Prepare construction plans for residential, commercial, and municipal projects
- Design site grading, stormwater, and utilities
- Prepare drainage and utility reports
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Assist with proposal and report generation
- Cultivate new client relationships
- Lead tasks and projects of moderately complex scopes
- Develop plans, specifications, and other project documents
Requirements
- 6+ Years of Experience
- B.S. or M.S. Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- Florida land development permitting experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
