Civil Engineer - Land Development

About This Role

Join our Orlando and Jacksonville offices as a Land Development Engineer, responsible for mentoring staff and managing the design process for residential, commercial, and municipal projects, including site grading, stormwater, and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff
• Prepare engineering design calculations
• Prepare construction plans for residential, commercial, and municipal projects
• Design site grading, stormwater, and utilities
• Prepare drainage and utility reports
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Assist with proposal and report generation
• Cultivate new client relationships
• Lead tasks and projects of moderately complex scopes
• Develop plans, specifications, and other project documents

Requirements

• 6+ Years of Experience
• B.S. or M.S. Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
• Florida land development permitting experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
