Chief Engineer

About This Role

This role is for a Chief Engineer at the Hilton Anatole, a 1600-room property in Dallas. The position involves planning, scheduling, and implementing major capital and maintenance projects, as well as supervising contractors and hotel team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement major capital projects, maintenance projects, property rehabilitation/renovations and assigned special projects
• Develop work scope, solicit vendor bids, and review construction drawings
• Supervise contractors and hotel team members in the completion of projects
• Manage capital expenditures and project budget

Nice to Have

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chillers, boilers, and pool systems
