Engineer

About This Role

Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the Hilton Anatole facility to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks and responding to guest and team member work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention

Requirements

• General knowledge and understanding of general maintenance and electrical
• Ability to work quickly and effectively both alone or as part of a team
• Reliable
• Good customer service skills

Qualifications

• General knowledge and understanding of general maintenance and electrical

Nice to Have

• Formal HVAC related certification
