Provide home-based therapy services to clients following a Plan of Care established by a licensed Occupational Therapist. Work under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions
