About This Role

Provide home-based therapy services to clients following a Plan of Care established by a licensed Occupational Therapist. Work under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist

Requirements

  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to drive in all weather conditions
