This role will provide daily care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional comfort. Responsibilities include personal care, hygiene, and accurate documentation, contributing to an elegant community focused on maximizing the potential of every life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor resident's physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentiality communicate urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations
