Join our nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily care, monitor their well-being, and ensure clear communication with staff. You will make a significant difference in their lives by providing essential support and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily personal care, grooming, hygiene, and social interactions of residents
- Perform housekeeping and laundering duties for residents
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
- Document completed tasks, daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Communicate urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns confidentially to the Health Care Director
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations
