About This Role

This role supports the Compass Technology Group by building and managing effective technology vendor partnerships. Responsibilities include sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance to enhance business operations for a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Support building effective technology vendor partnerships
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities
• Develop and negotiate contracts
• Ensure contract compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and performance
• Conduct risk assessments
• Facilitate support escalations
• Help organizational stakeholders connect with assigned vendors

Requirements

• Successful 3rd party vendor management experience
• Performance tracking and analysis experience
• Strong relationship management skills
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technology and/or business experience
• BA/BS Degree in technology, business, or a qualitative field
• Strong business / commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent written, verbal communication
• Good presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective organization, planning, problem solving, and analytical skills

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in technology, business, or a qualitative field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technology and/or business experience, with successful 3rd party vendor management experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Corporate department technology (Point of Sale, Payments, Vending solutions)
