Administer system access for company websites for both employees and clients, handling setup, termination, password resets, and troubleshooting. Support the Administration Lead with various administrative functions and ensure confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage timely and appropriate access on all company websites
- Create carrier logins for new employees and remove terminated employees from carrier systems
- Work with CSR24 lead to help maintain client logins
- Support customer needs with password resets, access issues with carriers, and troubleshooting basic questions
- Develop and continually support effective working relationships with employees and clients engaged with applicable systems
- Provide updated agency information to carriers as requested/needed
- Work in conjunction with the Head of Client Solutions to complete carrier agency contracts and maintain database
- Maintain agency licensing information in conjunction with the Regulatory Affairs/Licensing department
- Provide overall carrier support and assistance through written and oral communications
- Provide training and support to new and existing employees with respect to all Administration functions
- Maintain high level of confidentiality when working with proprietary and sensitive data
Requirements

- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and interact positively, effectively, and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and clients, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong ability to problem-solve
- Ability to take initiative and work well independently
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Minimum 2 years office experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years office experience required; at least six months insurance industry experience desired
