This role involves engaging in a 12-18 month training program to develop operational leadership skills through on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development. The program will cover various aspects of the business from warehouse operations to customer service and management.
Responsibilities
- Experience rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training
- Learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture
- Receive an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path
- Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training
- Benefit from a robust support system including a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and additional process coaches
- Gain exposure to Senior Leadership at White Cap throughout the program
- Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership
