About This Role

Serve as a Car Delivery Driver for Insomnia Cookies, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers while ensuring quality and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Requirements

• Own car
• Valid driver's license
• Valid car registration
• Valid car insurance
• Ability to pass a motor vehicles background check
• Smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store
