Car Delivery Driver

About This Role

As a Car Delivery Driver, you are the face of Insomnia Cookies delivering cookie magic to customers. You will ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Requirements

• Own car
• Valid driver's license
• Valid car registration
• Valid car insurance
• Smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• 18 years or older to be employed
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check

Nice to Have

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store
