About This Role

This role is responsible for scheduling appointments and accurately documenting patient and case information. It requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for cases
  • Reinforce all policies for case scheduling
  • Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
  • Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail with data entry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis
  • Ability to think quickly and react professionally
  • Empathy skills
